Stephen Destrée, a professional pastry baker, first initiated as a biscuitier in 2008. His aim is to place the Belgian biscuit at the highest level with quality ingredients. The key words of the biscuiterie are quality, respect for raw materials and quality control over the finished products
NEW PRODUCTS AND INNOVATIONS
We have a conventional range (13 different flavors) and an organic sweet ( 6 flavors) and salted (3 flavors) range. We can also produce for private labels.
CERTIFICATION
We are certified by Certisys for our organic cookies and our IFS audit will take place at the end of the year.
Stephen Destrée自2008年投入餅乾行業，是一名專業的糕點烘培師。2010 年獲得最佳工匠大獎的他使命就是將比利時餅乾被認同為最高品質食材製作的最優等品牌。採用優質的食材製作出酥脆鬆軟不同口感與絕佳風味的餅乾;此外Destrée餅乾也可依客戶所需求的包裝或口味客制化研發及生產。產品包括13款經典奶油餅(巧克力、香橙、焦糖肉桂、綠茶、橙花、焦糖巧克力等口味餅乾、布列塔尼奶油酥餅、杏仁小餅乾…)以及有機甜/鹹餅乾共9款。
